If a Pro license isn't right for you, email support@plainworktools.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

A refunded license is cancelled. Please stop using its key.

After 14 days

We look at later requests case by case, for example if you were charged twice or a tool doesn't work as described.

Something not working?

Email us first. We would rather fix the problem, and most fixes take a day or less.
